HR System
The HR operations tool for running a hospital's monthly payroll. Staff build a month's payroll on a sheet, compute it, and commit it to produce allowance and deduction records, then confirm payroll and export it as an accounting-ready Excel file — covering the full Korean payroll cycle.
Who uses it
- HR managers
- Payroll administrators
What you can do
- Build a monthly payroll sheet and enter or review each employee's earnings and deductions in one place.
- Compute the sheet and "✓ commit" it to generate allowance and deduction records that flow into the payroll ledger.
- Register, edit, and approve overtime, allowances, deductions, and fixed incentives.
- Trace each cell back to the allowance/deduction record that produced it, and use cell memos to ask questions or confirm values.
- Validate, approve, and confirm payroll, then export it to an Excel file for eCount ERP.
- Manage payroll baselines: salary grade tables, per-employee base pay, allowance unit prices, and incentive presets.
- Review resignation settlements and year-end tax settlements, and send payslips to employees.
Key areas
- Payroll ledger (급여대장): The central spreadsheet-style view of one month's pay. See base salary, overtime/night/holiday allowances, dynamic allowance columns, 4대보험 and tax deductions, and net pay per employee, then generate, approve, and confirm payroll and export to eCount. Deduction columns can be hidden when needed.
- Earnings (수당관리): Register and edit allowances such as special pay, adjustments, nursing incentives, and on-call, and approve pending items individually or in bulk.
- Overtime (연장근무): Record overtime hours by work date and type (weekday, Saturday, holiday, night) and review the calculated amounts.
- Deductions (공제내역): Register and edit additional per-employee deductions.
- Fixed incentives (고정인센티브): Register and approve patient-count and unit-price based incentives (referral, inpatient maintenance, shockwave, and more).
- Resignation/Settlement, Year-end, Education: Review settlement amounts, year-end tax adjustments, and education subsidy payments.
- Payroll baselines: Manage salary grade tables and employee grade assignments, allowance unit prices, and incentive presets.
