Inventory

A single place to manage the hospital's medical supplies, equipment, and consumables. It tracks stock levels and expiration dates, flags items that are running low or about to expire, and handles refunds.

  • Create, update, and remove items while adjusting quantities with a recorded reason.
  • Search and filter items by category, active status, or expiring soon.
  • Track supplier, storage location, and unit of measure alongside each item.
  • Flag items for refund, record a memo and quantity, and follow the refund processing status.
