  • Create roles and grant scoped permissions in resource:action.scope format.
  • Configure leave entitlement rules (entitled days by years of service) and review per-employee leave balances.
  • Manage organization info, work hours, payroll settings, and default attendance method and shift.
  • Manage document templates (재직증명서, 경력증명서) and send electronic employment contracts (e-sign).

Key areas

  • Employees (직원관리): Manage the roster with search and filters and onboard new hires via the wizard. From employee detail, view profile, certifications, and leave balance; use the attendance modal to view, edit, and recalculate work records by date range. Certifications can be exported to Excel for 공단 inspection.
  • Teams (팀 관리): Manage the team hierarchy in table or tree view, assign team leaders, and add or remove members.
  • Roles & Permissions (역할/권한): Create system roles (HR_ADMIN, TEAM_LEADER, etc.) and per-organization custom roles, and set permissions and scope in a resources × actions matrix.
  • Leaves (연차관리): Review leave balances (entitled, used, remaining, usage rate per employee) and define entitlement rules by years of service.
  • Settings (병원설정): Manage organization info, work hours, payroll settings, default attendance method and shift, document templates, and electronic-contract sending.
